All rooms have own private entrance.
Margherita Suite - accommodates two persons. The suite comprises of matrimonial bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area with wood burning stove. A private balcony with outside table and chairs overlooking the Maiella National Park.
Acacia and Mimosa are both en-suite bedrooms with matrimonial beds that can be converted into twin bed rooms. Each room accommodates two persons.
Option to book all three rooms for private family holiday or event. Please contact us directly for daily rates (discount is applied for booking of all three rooms). Maximum capacity of six persons.
Check Out
11:00 but can be flexible subject to availability. Check In is normally from 15:00.

What is included in the price?
Complimentary toiletries and hairdryer in each room. Luxury Eyptian cotton bedding and towels. TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs in each room. A selection of books. Free WiFi in each room and surrounding areas. Use or an ice making machine. Buffet Breakfast. Each room has its own private entrance. Iron and ironing board available. All rooms are front facing with magnificent views of hilltop towns. Car parking area.
We like children but .......
We want to give all our guests the opportunity to relax without having to worry about little eyes and ears or the worry of little ones falling on the cobblestones, and therefore we do not accommodate children.
Poolside
Take a dip in the refreshing salt water pool overlooking the olive grove or relax on the sun loungers under shade and enjoy the spectacular views of the hilltop towns of Casoli and Palombaro. The pool is normally available from May to early October. Pool towels are provided.
Gardens
All guests have use of the tiered gardens and new for 2024 will be a fire pit area, perfect for cracking open a bottle of wine and gazing at the stars.
Don't worry if you forget to pack the binoculars ...
We get a lot of wildlife wandering through the olive and walnut grove so a pair of binoculars is always useful. We can help out and lend you a pair.
Budding artist?
We can also provide an easel, materials including water colour or acrylic paints if you want to be creative whilst relaxing in the gardens.

We can arrange for floral decorations, a basket of fruit or a hamper to be delivered to your room upon arrival. Please make enquiries at the time of booking.
Pet Friendly
We enjoy the company of our guests pets. There is a €10 charge per pet per stay. Bowls and bedding can be provided. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Walking or Hiking
There are lots of walking routes in the nearby Maiella National Park and it is advisable to wear suitable clothing. We can provide you with information on all the walks in the neighbouring area.

We can offer a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with a tray of antipasto, just perfect for spending some time to unwind, sip refreshing drinks, and socialize before heading out to one of the local restaurants for dinner.
